SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT / EMAIL MARKETING

GOALS:

With expansion on the horizon, new tanning concept Summer House Tan approached Neon PR to elevate its social media presence, crafting an aesthetically-cohesive Instagram feed that educated followers about the many facets of Summer House, including its airbrush tanning services, staff, sugaring program, spa-like environment and retail offerings.

TACTICS:

• Curated a subtle, yet carefully-curated, color block aesthetic that reflects the ethos of the brand and interior details of the salon. Developed shot lists and discussed video elements with third party creators to meet brand standards.
• Developed Instagram stories series to showcase Summer House’s staff talent and experience elements in a natural way, increasing clicks to site for bookings.
• Created a new e-mail template that matched the look & feel of the locations’ interiors while also migrating providers for further customization capabilities and added functionality with the goal of exceeding previous email KPIs.

RESULTS:

• Ran account that organically increased 1.5K Instagram followers in 30 days.
• Instagram promotion yielded in top month of sales in June of 2021.
• Achieved the desired aesthetic while also increasing open and click-through rates
